The Center for Strategic Development builds robust networks and partnerships with independent think tanks worldwide to broaden the scope of its research.
Also, the Center for Strategic Development will develop solid relationships with decision-makers, identify and engage with stakeholders on a long-term basis.
To help secure effective and efficient partnership, the Center for Strategic Development adopts an open and transparent policy, with full understanding of the public policy-related life-cycle and formulation processes.
The Center for Strategic Development aims to establish two types of networks which will help in acquiring and exchanging of expertise:

  1. Network of regional and international think tanks.
  2. Network of regional and international experts and advisors.

This cooperation will permit the Center for Strategic Development to acquire and work with:

  • External national and international experts;
  • International resident experts;
  • International visiting experts; and
  • Exchange program experts

To that effect, the cooperation with external experts and entities adopts a well-defined policy as follows:

  • Identify collaboration requirements and partnership needs; 
  • Develop partnership engagement strategy; 
  • Network with local, regional, and international think tanks, government agencies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and experts for the Center for Strategic Development mission needs;
  • Evaluate different partnership options and share recommendations with the Center for Strategic Development sectors; 
  • Work towards expanding and solidifying existing Partnership efforts and identifying potential members; and
  • Monitor and manage the existing partnership agreements.
